“The Confidence of Surcouf”

Launched in 1797, the Confiance was a privateer corvette from Bordeau, with a lenght of 39 m, famous thanks to his captain Robert Surcouf.
Under Surcouf, in October 1800, with 23 officers and 190 men and equipped with 6×8 pounder, Confiance captured the kent, a british vessel.
