• The Renard was a single-mast , 70 ton cutter. She was launched in 1812 was armed with ten x10 pounder caronades and four long gun. The owner Rober surcouf was born in 1773 in Saint Malo.
• The Renard was rebuilt in 1988 in st Malo by Raymond LABBE and was launched in 1991.

For the pleasure to smell the smell of the liquid bees-wax, a light pasage annual on the wood; for the dust removal, if you possess one sandbank – hairdryer ( cold air) biweekly will be completed. Each of our models is numbered. Each model is unique, thanks to its entirely handcrafted nature (every small part is made by hand or on a lathe, in wood, aluminum, copper, etc.), the shade of its rosewood, etc. A certificate of authenticity is enclosed with each model.
