• In March 1921, The bluenuse, a fishing and racing schooner was launched in Lunenburg. Built by the Smith and Rhuland shipyard, the bluenose was a real Ico thanks to the fishemen’s Race. The bluenose won her first trophee in October of 1921 and it was imposible during the next 17 years to defeat her.
Bluenose stuck a reef in Haiti in 1946.
• “Blue Nose II” , the replica of the legendary Canadian schooner “Blue Nose” was launched on July 24, 1963 from the Smith & Rhuland Shipyard in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. She was built from identical plans and by some of the same men that constructed the original.

For the pleasure to smell the smell of the liquid bees-wax, a light pasage annual on the wood; for the dust removal, if you possess one sandbank – hairdryer ( cold air) biweekly will be completed. If, unfortunately, you broke sometimes something on your model, to contacted the Association of close Designer from your home.
Each of our models is numbered. Each model is unique, thanks to its entirely handcrafted nature (every small part is made by hand or on a lathe, in wood, aluminum, copper, etc.), the shade of its rosewood, etc. A certificate of authenticity is enclosed with each model.
